Salary: 13.69phr (PAYE) or 16.14phr (UMB)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver/Labourer to join our team on a busy social housing maintenance contract. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for driving company vehicles, transporting materials, and assisting tradespeople with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely driving company vehicles to and from sites

• Loading, unloading, and transporting tools, equipment, and materials

• Assisting trades operatives with general labouring duties

• Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe

• Adhering to health & safety policies and procedures at all times

• Providing excellent customer service when interacting with tenants and the public

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (clean) - essential

• Previous labouring or construction/maintenance experience - desirable

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A reliable and proactive approach to work

• Willingness to undertake training as required
