The Role

• Conducting accurate and professional property valuations
• Winning new instructions and growing market share
• Building lasting relationships with vendors and local homeowners
• Creating strong marketing campaigns and listing presentations
• Working closely with the branch team to ensure sales targets are met
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Valuer / Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Confident, well-presented, and professional in all client interactions
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about property
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
• Strong knowledge of the local area and housing market
