Senior Site Manager

Location: Central London
Salary: 55,000- 65,000

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality office fit out project in Central London. Starting in January 2026 and running through to the end of 2026, this 8 million project involves the transformation of a premium commercial workspace to exceptional design and performance standards.

You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, overseeing subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining health & safety compliance, achieving programme targets, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

• Lead subcontractor teams and coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and resourcing.

• Drive the project programme, collaborating closely with the Project Manager, Design Team, and client representatives.

• Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports.

• Ensure all works meet design specifications and quality standards.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Manage all site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and daily records.

• Promote continuous improvement and uphold company values throughout project delivery.

• Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager on commercial fit out or refurbishment projects, ideally within central London.

• Strong technical knowledge of high-end finishes, M&E coordination, and fast-paced environments.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

• In-depth understanding of construction sequencing, quality assurance, and H&S management.

• Relevant SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications.

• A confident, proactive problem solver with an eye for detail and client satisfaction.
