Salary: 55,000- 65,000
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality office fit out project in Central London. Starting in January 2026 and running through to the end of 2026, this 8 million project involves the transformation of a premium commercial workspace to exceptional design and performance standards.
You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, overseeing subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining health & safety compliance, achieving programme targets, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Manage all on-site activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
Lead subcontractor teams and coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and resourcing.
Drive the project programme, collaborating closely with the Project Manager, Design Team, and client representatives.
Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports.
Ensure all works meet design specifications and quality standards.
Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Manage all site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and daily records.
Promote continuous improvement and uphold company values throughout project delivery.
Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager on commercial fit out or refurbishment projects, ideally within central London.
Strong technical knowledge of high-end finishes, M&E coordination, and fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
In-depth understanding of construction sequencing, quality assurance, and H&S management.
Relevant SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications.
A confident, proactive problem solver with an eye for detail and client satisfaction.
