We're looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Prospector to join our dynamic team in the Black Country. This is a key position supporting both sales and lettings activity - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys building relationships while driving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
  • Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Carry out property visits on rental homes, complete reports, and liaise with landlords
  • Proactively call valuations - past, current, and new leads
  • Maintain accurate records and manage property listings via in-house systems
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying and renting process
  • Stay up to date with local market trends and property values
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

  • Ideally experienced in sales or property negotiation (though training will be provided)
  • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator - professional, personable, and proactive
  • Competent with admin systems and comfortable handling data accurately
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and eager to progress your career in property
