Logistics Site Officer

Site Officer Location: Dover Shift Pattern: 4-on/4-off rotational, 12-hour shifts (days and nights) Reports to: Operations Manager Salary:£26,400

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV and conduct regular site patrols
• Control entrance and exit barriers
• Record and monitor all vehicle movements
• Assist customers and intervene when necessary
• Manage vehicle parking to optimise space
• Process customer payments and update records
• Welcome customers and visitors professionally
• Carry out any additional tasks as directed by management

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience is not essential but would be an advantage.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
