Programme Administrator / Document Controller required to join a a London based client on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and controlling all project documentations efficiently and accurately
- Supporting programme management tasks with high attention to detail
- Facilitating smooth communication between team members and stakeholders through precise documentation
- Maintaining and updating documentation systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date
- Assisting in the administration of large programmes of projects
- Utilising Microsoft Excel effectively for various administrative tasks
- Supporting the team in a fast-paced working environment
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
Job Requirements:
- Experience in document control within the construction, energy, nuclear, water, or rail sectors
- High attention to detail and diligent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of CRM systems is desirable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with large programmes of projects
- Experience with industrial or manufacturing projects is preferred
