Electrical Construction Manager

Location: West London
Project Duration: Until end of 2026
Day Rate: 350 - 450 DOE
We are recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager to join a major data centre new build project in West London with a leading M&E subcontractor. This is a fantastic chance to secure a long-term contract on a high-value, well-managed scheme.

• 
  Deliver and oversee electrical packages on a complex data centre project.
• 
  Manage and coordinate trades teams on site.
• 
  Report directly into the Project Director, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• 
  Maintain strong site safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• 
  Ensure works progress in line with programme and project milestones.

• 
  Previous experience as an Electrical Construction Manager.
• 
  Strong background in delivering electrical packages on data centre or large-scale projects.
• 
  Excellent people management and team coordination skills.
• 
  Ability to work well under pressure and maintain project standards.

• 
  Contract role until end of 2026.
• 
  Day rate circa 350 - 450.
•
