SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR

Clark James Recruitment are working with a Leading Estate Agency business.

Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator to join the business.

Role

• Working as a Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator within a busy team.
• Previous experience within an Estate Agency is essential.
• Delivering exceptional service to our customers.
• Working closely with customers purchasing properties, Mortgage Advisors and Solicitors.
• Engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored advice.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
• Conduct property viewings and provide potential buyers o with detailed information about the properties.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using our internal systems.

Candidate

• Previous experience working within an Estate Agency with an understanding of the Property sector essential, please only apply if your cv demonstrates previous Estate Agency experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Flexible.
• Can do, positive attitude.
• A strong team player.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.

• Full Driving Licence and own transport essential.

Package

• Attractive basic salary + commission.
