We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional Lettings Negotiator

About the Role

• You'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, helping them find the right home and guiding them through the lettings process. From handling enquiries and booking viewings to negotiating terms and drafting tenancy agreements, you'll play a key role in keeping our developments full and our residents happy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage applicant enquiries via phone, email and social media
• Qualify prospective tenants and arrange property viewings
• Negotiate rental values and secure lettings
• Prepare adverts and marketing materials for available properties
• Ensure properties are ready for viewings and liaise on pre-let works
• Conduct tenant inductions and support smooth move-ins
• Deliver excellent customer service to existing tenants

What We're Looking For

• Experience in residential lettings, property management or estate agency
• Strong organisational and customer service skills
• Confident communicator and team player
• IT-literate; CRM, marketing and social media experience an advantage
