Are you an experienced Lettings or Sales Negotiator looking for a fresh challenge with a supportive team?

I am working with a highly respected, forward-thinking property firm in Wem who are looking to add a Lettings & Sales Negotiator to their growing team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work across both lettings and sales in a thriving market.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Arranging and conducting property viewings with confidence and professionalism
• Managing the lettings process, from tenant applications to pre-tenancy inspections and legal compliance
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth transactions and excellent service
• Preparing legal, financial, and marketing documentation with accuracy and care
• Advising buyers and tenants on suitable properties and guiding them through the process
• Handling offers, negotiations, and progressing sales through to completion
• Conducting check-out inspections, preparing inventories, and managing property maintenance issues
• Keeping systems and records up to date and maintaining compliance with lettings legislation
• Maximising daily business opportunities and striving to exceed targets

What They're Looking For:

• Previous experience in lettings, sales, or both within estate agency is highly desirable
• A strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy and varied workload
• Confident in negotiating offers and handling legal documentation
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
