Our client, a long-established and highly regarded independent estate agency, is looking to recruit a dynamic Sales Negotiator / Valuer to cover a desirable territory across North Suffolk and South Norfolk.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive team within a respected brand that values initiative, professionalism, and results.

As a Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you will be offered:

  • Basic salary of around £28,000
  • Car Allowance

  • Attractive Commission Structure: 5% per sale, up to 5% per completed listing

As a Sales Negotiator / Valuer, your duties will include:

  • Conducting market appraisals and converting them into instructions
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Progressing sales through to completion
  • Generating and following up on new business leads
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
  • Delivering a professional and personable client experience

To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you must have the following:

  • Previous experience in estate agency is essential (negotiator, valuer, or similar)
  • Strong track record of listing and selling properties
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Confident, motivated, and proactive approach
  • Good knowledge of the North Suffolk / South Norfolk property market
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (car allowance provided)
