Valuer - Estate Agent

Role: Self-Employed Estate Agent / Property Valuer

Location: Braintree - (Flexible - Remote working with access to the Braintree branch)

Earnings: £72,000 OTE (Uncapped)

About the Role

We're seeking ambitious and motivated Estate Agents / Property Valuers to join our growing team on a self-employed basis. This opportunity is ideal for experienced property professionals who are ready to take the next step, with the freedom to work independently while benefiting from the support, resources, and brand strength of our established business.

Earnings & Commission

• Average Fee: £4,000 per sale
• Commission Split: 50% = £2,000 per sale
• Example OTE: 3 sales per month = £6,000 per month = £72,000 per year
• Additional Income: Mortgage referrals, conveyancing, survey referrals (uncapped earning potential)

This role is commission-only, offering the freedom to build your own business with the backing of our infrastructure.

Advance Support / Builder Bonus

To support you in the early months, we offer a supportive advance scheme to help smooth income while building your pipeline:

• Up to £2,000 per month in the first 4 months, structured as an advance on future earnings (not a loan).
• Example: £500 per new instruction secured. Once that property completes, the £500 is simply recovered from your commission share - keeping things fair and transparent.

This ensures you're rewarded quickly for activity, without waiting until completion to see earnings.

Working Model

• Flexible Working: Work remotely, from the office, or a mix - your choice.
• Territory / Leads: Areas are discussed to avoid overlap. Leads from the office are directed appropriately, depending on your location and coverage.
• Support Provided:
• Marketing and advertising

• Full administrative support
• Direct access to management

What We're Looking For

We're open to strong candidates from different backgrounds in property:

• Ideal: Proven experience as a Valuer / Lister.
• Also Considered: Experienced Senior Negotiators or Negotiators ready to step up into valuations.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build your own success.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
