Job Description
We are working with a well-established contractor who turn over circa £10m per annum. They are a varied business who undertake a mixture of commercial, industrial & education schemes to £2m.
They ve asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to work on the demolition and re-development of an industrial scheme near Morden. This is a £2m project due to commence late November.
We are looking for a stand-alone manager who can lead a project comfortably, rates will be reflective of this. There is an element of negotiation but rates will be between £350.00 & £400.00 a day. You ll need to hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card to be considered.
