Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and personable Lettings Negotiator to join the lettings team. You'll play a key role in matching tenants to properties, supporting landlords, and ensuring the smooth progression of lettings from enquiry to tenancy. Ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for property, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties

  • Register and qualify new tenants, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings professionally and courteously
  • Liaise between landlords and tenants to agree tenancy terms and secure lets
  • Provide regular feedback to landlords on viewings and marketing progress
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all paperwork and checks comply with regulations
  • Keep property listings up to date and support marketing across portals and social media
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and local businesses
  • Support the wider lettings team with day-to-day office duties as required
Key Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator preferred
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Good knowledge of the local property market, or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport

  • £23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience + commision
  • Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturdays with a day off in lieu
