The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, confidence in job running, and proven proficiency in Revit, which is essential for this role. You'll join a medium-sized, supportive team that values collaboration, innovation and professional growth. This is a rolling contract position, anticipated to last at least 12 months, with potential for extension based on project workload and performance.

Daily Duties:
- Lead and coordinate the technical delivery of projects through all stages of design and construction
- Produce detailed Revit models, technical drawings and specifications to a high professional standard
- Liaise closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and technical accuracy are maintained
- Undertake site inspections, resolve technical queries, and support contract administration
- Manage documentation and drawing packages to meet programme and quality requirements
- Contribute to BIM coordination and model management, ensuring consistent data and project standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Architectural Technician or Technologist with several years of industry experience
- Proven track record in project delivery and job running, ideally within healthcare or complex building environments
- Expert user of Revit with strong BIM understanding and model management experience
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations, technical standards and construction detailing
- Confident communicator able to liaise effectively with clients, consultants and site teams
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing workload efficiently under minimal supervision
- Enthusiastic about high-quality design, innovation and technical excellence
