My client is currently seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join their team as an Experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will cover all Negotiator duties and help out with Sales Progression when required.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting and selling our properties to potential buyers and tenants.

- A strong desire to meet and exceed sales and lettings targets
Responsibilities:
- Promote and market properties to potential buyers and tenants through various marketing channels.
- Conduct property viewings
- Showcase the features and benefits of each property to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, actively listening to their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers
- Negotiate Lettings between landlords, and tenants, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding properties, including pricing, availability, and property specifications.
- Coordinate and manage the property sales and lettings process
- Sales Progression - Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other relevant parties to get sales to completion.
- Keep up to date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to property sales and lettings.
- Achieve and exceed Sales and Lettings targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales and lettings process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Estate agency, preferably Residential Sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with good time management skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and online platforms for property listings and marketing.
- Car owner with valid driving licence.
Perks and Benefits:
- £26-28,000 Basic salary dependant on experience
- Realistic OTE £35,000 +
- 45p Mileage allowance

Working hours:
- 5 day working week
- 9am to 6pm Monday to Thursday
- 9am to 5pm Friday
- 10am to 3pm Saturday (worked on a rota a usually a max of 2 a month)
