An exciting opportunity has come up for an organised and detail-driven property professional to join a growing London agency as a Lettings Operations Executive.
This role is crucial in ensuring smooth tenancy progression and supporting early-stage property management, while developing efficient systems and maintaining compliance throughout the lettings process.
As the Lettings Operations Executive, you'll be doing:
- Managing tenancy progression from offer to move-in.
- Handling renewals, move-ins/outs, maintenance, and supplier coordination.
- Creating scalable systems, templates, and workflows for lettings operations.
- Ensuring compliance with ARLA, AML, Right to Rent, and other lettings legislation.
- Acting as a trusted support for advisors on compliance and documentation.
What we're looking for in the Lettings Operations Executive:
- Solid experience in lettings administration or property management.
- Strong understanding of UK lettings compliance and tenancy processes.
- Highly organised, process-focused and proactive.
- Excellent communicator, confident, supporting both landlords and tenants.
You will receive an annual salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
