Basic Salary: £24,000 - £25,000

On Target Earnings (OTE): £32,000 - £36,000

Our client, a market-leading independent estate agent, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. Key Responsibilities

• Register and engage with potential buyers, building strong client relationships.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
• Provide vendors with constructive feedback and regular updates.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes.
• Arrange appointments for mortgage brokers and refer clients to solicitors.
• Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other agents throughout the sales process.
• Generate and book property valuations for the Valuer.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and progress.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the process.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous sales experience as a Negotiator in the property industry.
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service ethos with a consultative approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
• Knowledge of the Ashby-de-la-Zouch property market (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
