Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 (OTE £55,000)
Working hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays

This role offers the chance to lead a team of dedicated professionals 90% in Sales & 10% in Lettings, while working within a company renowned for its innovative approach to selling exclusive homes.

- Managing an efficient and effective branch
- Valuing Properties
- Training Staff
- Rolling out monthly targets to staff
- Conducting monthly One to Ones
- Devising Marketing Plans with team
- Chairing Morning Meetings
- Ensuring branch is performing
- Dealing with complaints
- Motivating staff
- Vendor contact
- Prospecting
- Winning instructions
- Overseeing the lettings department
- Reporting figures to directors
- Attending monthly management meetings
Branch Manager - Key Skills and Ability to;
- Deliver excellent customer service
