Due to continued success, they are now seeking a professional and motivated Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator to join their close-knit team.

What We're Looking For:
- At least 12 months of recent experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential estate agency
- A proven track record of hitting targets and closing deals
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Senior / Sales Negotiator key duties:
- Registering applicants and building strong client relationships
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Generating and negotiating offers
- Booking valuations and mortgage appointments
- Supporting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
- Managing sales progression through to completion
