Tenancy Manager - Maldon

Salary: £26,000 OTE £46,000 pa

We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Manager for our client who are a well respected Estate Agency based in Maldon to join their busy Lettings team.

Duties:

• Use of Rentman/lettings software packages
• Daily Banking, pay rents, reconcile Banking
• Tenant referencing
• Deposit handling
• Property visits to tenants
• Check outs, to go through reports, dispute resolution/negotiate with tenants and Landlord and put on TDS risk if necessary - allocate money accordingly
• Prepare Tenancy Agreements
• Renew rent insurance
• Dispute resolution
• Diligent and attention to detail
• Keep up to date with current legislation and making changes and improvements where necessary
• Understanding of the impending Rights Rents Bill and able to lead/assist the team through these changes

Candidate requirements:

• Previous Property Management/Lettings experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to lead a team
• Time management
• To go that extra mile when required
• Must be able to drive and have use of own car/clean driving license

Salary and package offered:

• Salary basic/car allowance/mileage allowance £40,000
• Lettings commission of (5% on the whole company lets/management fees) £6,000 (£46,000 per annum)
• Salary guaranteed at £46,000 for the probation period of 5 months
• 28 days holiday including the usual Bank Holidays
• Parking Season ticket provided

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5pm
• Working one Saturday in four 9.00am - 4.00pm with a day off in lieu for working the Saturday
