Sales Manager / Valuer
Salary: £30-35k basic DOE, £50-60k OTE

We are working with a well-established independent estate agency with four branches, a strong local presence, and a professional, supportive team.
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager / Valuer will conduct accurate property valuations, secure instructions, and manage client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated valuer with sales experience to join a busy, ambitious team and maximise earning potential.
Requirements:
- Previous estate agency experience in sales and valuations
- Full UK driving license
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
Details:
- Salary: £30-35k basic, £50-60k OTE
- Monday-Friday, one in three Saturdays
