Job Description

A leading independent estate agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior sales negotiator to join their team. Covering Portishead, Clevedon, and surrounding villages, this role offers the chance to work across a diverse property market, from first-time homes to large country properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business: register applicants, follow up on leads, and engage in canvassing activities
  • Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring accurate and appealing marketing presentations
  • Maintain regular contact with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and provide feedback
  • Negotiate sales on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties
  • Assist with sales progression from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers/surveyors, and other agents

Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven experience in property sales
  • Strong drive to succeed and passion for property
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and act on business opportunities within the local market
  • Comfortable using IT and social media to support business operations

What's on Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £26,000-£28,000 basic (DOE) with OTE of £35,000-£38,000 plus incentives and commissions
