Commercial Sales Negotiator

We are delighted to be working with an established, family-run independent estate agency with over 120 years' heritage, to find them an ambitious Commercial Sales Negotiator for their West Hampstead office.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly reputable team specialising in commercial property sales across retail, office, and industrial sectors. As the Commercial Sales Negotiator, you'll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and securing new commercial sales instructions.
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating with buyers and investors.
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, developers, and investors.
• Managing a personal pipeline and ensuring consistent deal flow.
• Staying up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.
• Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Delivering exceptional service and maintaining high professional standards.

As the Commercial Sales Negotiator, you will receive:

• £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
• Car allowance.
• Uncapped commission structure with realistic year one OTE of £60,000.

Experience & skills you'll need:

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in property sales or lettings.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets.
• Excellent client relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of the North-West London property market.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
