Sales Valuer
Salary: £30-35k basic, £50-60k OTE

Role Overview:
The Sales Valuer will be responsible for conducting accurate property valuations, securing instructions, and managing client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated valuer with sales experience to join a busy team and maximise earning potential.
Requirements:
- Previous estate agency experience in sales and valuations
- Full UK driving license (required)
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
Details:
- Salary: £30-35k basic, £50-60k OTE
- Monday-Friday, one in three Saturdays
