Junior lettings negotiator

Our client is an award winning independent agents in Crouch end, London.

They are seeking a Junior lettings Negotiator, for their office that can bring enthusiasm to enhance the already successful operation in this office.

You will need to have worked in a Targeted Sales environment, with ideally 1 year lettings experience.

They require:

A well presented Individual

Driven and determined to succeed

Have a proven and consistent track record in Sales/Targeted Environment

Excellent customer service skills

Be prepared to work extra hours if required

Open and learning mindset.

Someone that wants to be part of a team looking to progress in the next six month to negotiator.

Enjoys having fun within a great team environment.

Works hard and plays hard.

Wants to be the best they can be.

Show a passion for building a career in Estate Agency

Have a full UK driving licence.

• Hours :

9:00 am to 6 pm - Monday, Tuesday and Friday

9:00 am to 6:30 pm - Wednesday and Thursday

10am to 4 pm on Saturday (every other)
