Salary: £30,000 negotiable DOE Bonus

Join our growing team as a Property Manager and take charge of a portfolio of residential properties. You'll be the go-to person for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations, excellent service, and compliance with regulations-all while contributing to a values-driven, results-focused culture.

What You'll Do:

• Manage residential properties and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving issues quickly.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments with contractors and landlords.
• Conduct inspections, manage check-ins/outs, inventories, and deposit negotiations.
• Keep accurate records using property management software.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years' residential property management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Scottish property laws and tenant rights.
• ARLA / Letwell qualification.
• Desirable: SME, Fixflo, InventoryBase, HMO portfolio experience.
