An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a well-respected, independent estate agency in their busy Shrewsbury office.

This is a key role within a multi-branch agency offering Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services across the region. We are looking for a confident, driven property professional with strong valuation, lettings and property management experience, and the ability to grow market share through outstanding service and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out accurate market appraisals and win new instructions
• Drive the business forward and increase market share
• Lead, support and motivate the lettings team to exceed targets
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential properties
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Stay on top of legislation, compliance and competitor activity

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Property Manager
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation
• ARLA qualification preferred (not essential)
• Organised, professional and target-driven
• A natural leader with excellent communication skills
