Bricklayer - Condensation, Mould & Damp TeamLocation: North TynesideSalary: £17per hour (depending on experience)Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to FridayJoin our growing Condensation, Mould & Damp team in North Tyneside and help make a real difference to the quality of homes in our community.We're looking for an experienced Bricklayer to join our repairs and maintenance service - someone who takes pride in their work, delivers great results, and genuinely cares about improving living conditions for residents.What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out brickwork and structural repairs across domestic properties
- Supporting the team in addressing condensation, mould, and damp issues
- Working safely and efficiently to ensure high-quality, long-lasting repairs
- Using mobile devices to record work and update job details in real time
- Providing excellent customer service - homes left clean, safe, and completed to a high standard
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent experience) in Bricklaying
- Proven experience in domestic property repairs or social housing
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence (clean)
