A design-led, multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking for a confident Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with Employers Agent experience to take on a client-facing role, delivering meaningful projects across the affordable housing and residential sectors.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a well-established consultancy of around 60 professionals, known for delivering high-quality Design & Build projects across the Residential sector. With a strong focus on social housing, they work closely with housing associations, local authorities, and registered providers.
Schemes typically range in value from 2m to 200m and include new-build residential blocks, regeneration projects, and mixed-tenure developments.
This is a diverse and hands-on position where the Quantity Surveyor will take a lead role from feasibility through to handover. The role combines traditional cost management with Employers Agent duties, offering a clear route to progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.
