The ideal candidate will be a qualified Assessor with experience delivering or supporting NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation programmes. JIB approval and the 18th Edition are essential, and the college offers full CPD and progression routes into lecturing for those who want to expand their teaching role.

The Role:
Assess and support learners across Electrical Installation apprenticeships
Conduct workplace visits and monitor learner progress
Maintain strong relationships with employers and learners
Opportunities for hybrid working once established
Excellent CPD and internal training provided

The Person:
Qualified Assessor in Electrical Installation
NVQ Level 3, JIB Approved, and 18th Edition
Previous experience assessing apprentices or learners
Motivated, organised, and passionate about learner development
