Income Collection Officer (4 days per week)

Salary: 27.50 per hour

The ideal candidate will have experience of income collection within a social housing setting.

What will you do in the role?

• Taking front-line calls from residents, who are facing rent arrears
• Managing the inbox
• Handling claims of universal credit
• Income collection & rent arrears

Who would excel in this role?

• Experience of rent/ income collection from residents who are in arrears
• Experience of discussing payment plans and options
• Knowledge of universal credit and the benefits system
