Are you an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor looking for your next project?
Boden are working in partnership with a consultancy who are seeking a skilled surveyor to join their team on a temporary basis to support their ongoing stock condition programme across a Healthcare facility.
The Role
As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you'll be responsible for carrying out detailed condition surveys across the estate
The role is outside IR35 paid on a rate of £(Apply online only) a day (Plus mileage expenses covered)
6 month project

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal and external stock condition surveys on the Estate
- Record and update condition data accurately using handheld software
- Identify required repairs, component lifecycles, and any defect issues
- Provide clear and concise reports to inform asset management decisions
- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements
- Liaise with members of staff in a courteous manner
To be successful in the role of Stock Condition Surveyor, you'll have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience conducting stock condition surveys (Either in housing or commercial)
- Strong understanding of defect issues
- Proficiency in using asset management or survey software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
