This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Day Shift Engineer to work on a fantastic commercial property based in Canary Wharf! Our client is offering a generous Salary + Package (Including private pension scheme up to 15%, private health and dental care, and more!) This is a 4 on / 4 of shift role, (Day shift only)

As an Electrical Day Shift Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, actively fault find / troubleshoot, update site logbooks, liaise with subcontractors and ensure the full efficiency of plant equipment.

Electrical Day Shift Engineer Duties:

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Single & Three Phase Power systems, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Pumps, and BMS
• Safely isolate plant and systems when required
• Ensure all repairs and corrective works meet current regulations and standards
• Promote and adhere to safe working practices and procedures
• Maintain accurate records, including RAMS and logbooks
• Manage tasks via PDA system raising and closing jobs as needed

Electrical Day Shift Engineer Requirements:

• Qualified in electrical engineering or installations (City & Guilds, EAL, NVQ or equivalent/higher)
• Minimum of 3 years commercial maintenance experience
• Great knowledge of commercial M&E plant and systems
• Must live within commutable distance to Canary Wharf
• Proactive, professional, and reliable approach to work

Salary and Package:

• £51,000 per annum
• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, day shift only
