Skilled Labourer/ Handyman

We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Semi-Skilled Labourer/ Handyman to join our team on a busy new build housing development site. This role is ideal for someone with a good eye for detail and previous experience in minor finishing works.

You will be responsible for assisting trades on-site and carrying out a variety of tasks including:

• Silicone work (bathrooms, kitchens, and finishing areas)

• Paint touch-ups and minor cosmetic repairs

• Basic snagging and finishing duties

• General labouring (site cleanliness, assisting trades, moving materials, etc.)

• Previous experience on construction sites

• Ability to carry out basic finishing works to a good standard

• Punctual, reliable and hardworking

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic tools for silicone/painting an advantage

• Valid CSCS card (preferred but not always essential)
