Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Salary: 40,000 - 55,000 per annum
We're working with a leading fit-out and joinery specialist seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Ipswich team. You'll be involved in delivering high-quality commercial projects across London, Suffolk, and Essex, with plenty of scope to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
Prepare tenders, review contracts, and produce cash flow forecasts
Manage subcontractor procurement and monitor project variations
Ensure compliance with contracts, health & safety, and quality standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues
About You:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (fit-out/joinery experience desirable)
Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated, organised, and confident working to deadlines
