Senior Construction Planner

Your new role

As Senior Construction Planner, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of multiple residential projects. Using Asta Powerproject as your primary planning tool, you'll develop and manage detailed construction programmes, liaise with project teams, and ensure timelines are met from pre-construction through to handover. You'll contribute to strategic planning decisions and help shape the future of the company's delivery model. You will also get the opportunity to deploy your planning experience in mentoring and developing the existing planners in the team with the opportunity to step into a formal leadership role in the near future.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in construction planning within a residential or commercial construction environment.
• Proficiency in Asta Powerproject is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
