Our client, a prominent firm specialising in water industry projects, is currently seeking a Project Manager to take the helm on Thames Water - AMP8 Works in Slough based out of Horton. This permanent position is a remarkable opportunity for someone with a background in civil engineering looking to make a significant impact in the water sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning through to execution and completion
- Overseeing the AMP8 works and ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Coordinating with various stakeholders, including Thames Water and internal teams, to ensure smooth project operation
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitoring project progress and implementing modifications as necessary to meet project goals
- Providing regular reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders
- Managing project budgets and financial plans
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior staff members
