Contracts Manager

Working with one of the regions leading housebuilders, we are looking to appoint a proven Contracts Manager to an already high performing team in a period of high growth.

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will play a key role in the performance and delivery of your live schemes whilst ensuring all units are built in time and on budget.

Key Requirements:

• Volume Housebuilding is essential
• Proven experience managing multiple residential sites
• First class leadership and communication skills
• Senior Site / Project Managers will be considered
• First class experience of Health & Safety, Building Regulations and NHBC standards
