The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven MEP Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex building services projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring programme and budget adherence, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Lead MEP projects from inception to completion
Coordinate mechanical and electrical packages across multiple sectors
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor project progress and report to senior management
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in MEP project management within the building services industry
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Experience delivering projects in sectors such as healthcare, education, or MOD
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Relevant qualifications in building services or engineering
