Project Manager/Surveyor

Job Title: Project Manager/SurveyorLocation: Leicester - covering the East and West MidlandsSalary: £27k

Elevation Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic business who are looking to recruit a permanent Project Manager to join them covering the East and West Midlands area. The role will require someone who lives within the Leicester area for commutable purposes. The role will be field based.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Daily communication with customers
• Attending sites during the setup process to ensure all paperwork is complete
• Liaising regularly with the sales office
• Overseeing timelines on plots within the SLA guidelines
• Submitting any revisions or changes to the sales office
• Carrying out daily inspections of sites
• Report back on any project updates to the delivery manager
• Scheduling deliveries to site
• Updating compliance documents

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

• Experience of scheduling and managing plots
• High levels of customer service.
• Good time management
• Able to work effectively to achieve KPIS
