Responsibilities:
- Conduct condition surveys, defect analysis, and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Produce building survey documentation, specifications, and schedules of works.
- Manage and coordinate planning and building control submissions.
- Carry out contract administration and employer s agent duties.
- Undertake party wall surveys and prepare schedules of condition.
- Support senior surveyors across diverse project and professional workstreams.
- Any experience in a building surveyor role
- AutoCAD experience
- Dilapidations experience
- Knowledge / experience with CDM 2015 advisory services
