Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - 6 Month Contract
Location: Warwickshire
Contract Type: Contract (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable construction team delivering the completion phase of a mixed residential development in Warwickshire. The project includes refurbishment works, new-build townhouses, and apartments, offering a varied and challenging workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost management and reporting throughout the project.
• Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure contractual compliance and manage commercial risks.
• Provide accurate and timely financial advice to support project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of refurbishment and mixed-use residential developments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Available to start promptly.

Contract Details:

• Length: 6 months (with potential for extension).
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35.
• Competitive day rate, dependent on experience.
