Basic salary up to 30,000 depending on experience

Plus excellent uncapped bonus scheme

Our client is a successful well-established independent estate agent currently looking to add to their existing busy sales team by recruiting an experienced Branch Valuer

We are looking for a professional Branch Valuer / Lister who can demonstrate a proven track record in estate agency conducting valuations with a high listing conversion rate

Duties include attending all branch valuations and listing properties to the branches current portfolio Individuals must possess a friendly confident personality demonstrating enthusiasm, determination, self-motivation and a commitment to succeeding in a challenging market

As Branch Valuer / Lister you will also possess strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise your own diary and workloads in order to exceed targets and company objectives

Applications from Senior Sales Negotiator with some valuing experience will be strongly considered
