Project/Quantity Surveyor

£10 Million redevelopment of existing building to provide a new build multi purpose community and events space with associated office space, food/beverage facility and associated car park area. Reporting into the commercial lead you will be responsible for managing a full compliment of subcontract packages ranging from groundworks, brickwork, cladding, M&E etc. Main duties will include cost flow forecasts, CVR, subcontract payments and final accounts.
Main/regional contractor experience delivering new build commercial, leisure schemes will be distinctive advantage
