Painter & Decorator - Social Housing Repairs, Maintenance & Voids Location: Welwyn and Hatfield (based on The Campus, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6AE) Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time Salary: 31,000 - 35,000 per annum Company Vehicle Provided (Work Use Only) About the Role We're looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across social housing properties. You'll carry out responsive and planned work in both occupied and void homes, including: - Glossing, emulsion, papering - Treating damp and mould - Ensuring effective preparation and perfect finishes - Providing excellent customer service at all times. Multi-skilled experience in plastering or tiling would be a strong advantage. You'll use a handheld device to receive and complete tasks (full training provided), working safely and efficiently to deliver a great customer experience.
