Building Surveyor

We are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to work in Gloucester and surrounding areas. Travel outside of Gloucester will be up to 30 minutes, with fuel costs covered. This will involve doing 8-10 Surveys per week using an IPad on properties that will be no more than 75 years old. The properties are generally very similar and are in good condition.

You must hold either a AssocRICS or MRICS qualification, with experience of undertaking level 2 Surveys.

This role would suite someone who is looking for a steady role, with fairly basic duties.

This is a permanent role, to start January 2026 with a salary of 55,000 per annum.
