Framework Manager - Social Housing

Location: Mill Hill, NW7 (covering London projects)
Salary: £90,000 £100,000 + full benefits

We are seeking an experienced Framework Manager to lead a growing bid team with a particular focus on social housing frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in securing new frameworks and developing strong, long-term client relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of framework bids.

• Manage the bid team to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.

• Develop strategies to win new social housing frameworks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with framework providers.

• Act as the main point of contact once new frameworks are secured.

• Provide market intelligence and support the company s growth strategy.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Framework Manager or in a similar role within construction.

• Strong knowledge of social housing frameworks and public sector procurement.

• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

• Commercial awareness with the ability to align bids to business strategy.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Experience managing bid teams for a main contractor.

Salary & Benefits
