Framework Manager - Social Housing
Location: Mill Hill, NW7 (covering London projects)
Salary: £90,000 £100,000 + full benefits
We are seeking an experienced Framework Manager to lead a growing bid team with a particular focus on social housing frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in securing new frameworks and developing strong, long-term client relationships.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and submission of framework bids.
Manage the bid team to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
Develop strategies to win new social housing frameworks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with framework providers.
Act as the main point of contact once new frameworks are secured.
Provide market intelligence and support the company s growth strategy.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Framework Manager or in a similar role within construction.
Strong knowledge of social housing frameworks and public sector procurement.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to align bids to business strategy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Experience managing bid teams for a main contractor.
