As a Timber Frame Designer, you will:
- Drawing timber frame kits using Woodengine software as a core tool
- Producing detailed designs of panels, floors, roofs etc, ensuring buildability, technical accuracy and fit with structural inputs
- Supporting production by outputting suitable CNC/CAM-ready drawings / cutting files etc
- Liaising with site, manufacturing and design colleagues; resolving architectural & technical queries
- Over time, growing into a Design Manager role with leadership responsibilities
About You
- 4+ years' experience in timber frame design or related offsite/manufactured panel work
- Confident and capable using Woodengine (or similar specialist software)
- Strong technical drawing skills; good understanding of structure, junctions, details etc
- Enjoys being in an office/team environment; values collaboration, quality, doing work properly
- Motivated by stability, good standards, being part of a business investing in itself & its people
