Multi Skilled Worker

Contract: Temporary - Fixed Term (6 Months)
Rate: 21.00 per hour (CIS)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Location: Bradford

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Worker to join our retrofit team in Bradford on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll be carrying out a variety of retrofit and property improvement works across occupied and void properties.

This role suits a hands-on tradesperson who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and can work efficiently as part of a professional team.

• Carry out a range of retrofit and general maintenance works (e.g. joinery, plastering, basic plumbing, patch repairs, sealing, etc.)

• Ensure all work is completed to the required standard and in line with health & safety guidelines.

• Liaise with site supervisors and team members to deliver works on time.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous experience in retrofit or multi-trade work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have own tools and PPE
